FILM: The third instalment of the Twilight movie saga has already become a bestseller on DVD shelves, and apparently sold 5 000 units at Musica in the first two days of its release in this country.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise. It is the perfect stocking filler for teens, and actually something they’d buy for themselves.

It’s the third film in the popular saga and it continues the lurve triangle between human Bella (Kristen Stewart), vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) and werewolf Jake (Taylor Lautner).

Fans of the book love it, and teenagers who don’t know who Dracula is (oh yes, they exist) love it.

If you don’t like your vampires to be of the sparkly variety, just about everything about this film is going to drive you batty.

It’s dialogue-heavy (pretty much straight out of the books) and despite an emphasis on the looming action sequence, it’s fairly dull stuff.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Audio commentary from Stewart, Pattinson, author Stephenie Meyer and Wyck Godfrey.

The double disc version includes deleted scenes, a photo gallery, music videos and a feature on the making. – Tonight
