Toyota has released a short video of its challenge in this year's Le Mans 24 Hours, where the two Toyota TS030 Hybrids finished second and fourth.
The film crew were given unprecedented access to the team throughout the week of pre-race preparations, qualifying and the race itself, capturing - in high definition - the special atmosphere of the world's most famous round-the-clock race.
So sit back, turn up the volume, click on the bottom right-hand corner for a full-screen picture and enjoy six and a half minutes of some of the most evocative sports-car racing footage since Steve McQueen’s 1971 cult movie ‘Le Mans’.
BACK IN ACTION
Later this week Toyota Racing will be back in action at the fourth round of the World Endurance Championship, the Six Hours of São Paolo in Brazil, on Sunday 1 September.
Toyota took its first endurance-racing win at the bumpy and demanding Interlagos circuit in 2012 and will be hoping to repeat that success with the No8 TS030 Hybrid, piloted by the leading Le Mans trio of Anthony Davidson, Stéphane Sarrazin and Sébastien Buemi.
