London - If anything was certain to make the Grumpy Cat even more miserable it was this - here comes the grumpy dog!
The Grumpy Cat, real name Tadar Sauce, first became an internet and media star in 2012, but now Earl The Grump is aiming to steal her crown.
Earl is a Puggle - that’s half pug, half beagle - from the US who is featured in a new book by Derek and Christine Bloomfield.
He looks permanently fed up and posts sour comments on his website, which warns: ‘Earl doesn’t want you to love him... he wants to be left in peace to eat, scratch and sleep.’
Earl says: ‘If every dog has its day - where’s mine?’ What a wag!
